The name “Dulili”, pronounced “due-lil-ee”, is inspired by the Australian Indigenous term meaning “Together”.

The aim of Dulili is to collaboratively assist businesses and individuals fulfil their business goals and objectives by providing solutions through knowledge, and innovative software.

We merge our expertise to the in-house skills an organisation already has, to increase the success of the project and ensure that the right balance of cost and time is met.

Craig Pilkington

Director

Craig Pilkington has worked within Payroll, People and Workforce management systems and processes for his entire professional career.
Over the past 21 years, he has been an end user, internal systems and process administrator, consultant and professional services manager before establishing his own consulting business.

During his time working with PayGlobal, Craig worked closely with the development team to improve its capabilities and was the lead in many Professional Services projects, including the roll out of STP and PayDay Filing.

Craig has worked with companies across most industries and has a sound knowledge of Australian and New Zealand legislative requirements.
In addition to being a father of 4, Craig likes to run and loves Australian Rules football.

Conor Barr

Principal Business Consultant

Conor Barr has over 15 years of experience working with a range of payroll, workforce management and people systems across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific. His previous roles include being an end user, systems administrator and Senior Consultant.

Conor excels at providing a return on investment to organisations looking to streamline and automate their business requirements, with a focus on creating integrations between platforms and providing reporting solutions. He has a passion for new and emerging technology with a focus on cyber security and is always looking for new and innovative ways to help clients succeed.

Aidan Higo

Aidan Higo has over 13 years of experience working within the Payroll, People and Workforce management area.
During this period, Aidan has been consulting for the past 10 years, with prior experience as a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst on HRIS projects.

Aidan has worked across various industries and encompassing, business analytical, functional, and technical abilities. He has a unique, calming personality, which ensures his clients can have confidence to feel supported no matter how difficult or stressful the situation appears to be.
Aidan also has an interest in Science, IT, Sport, and how technology is evolving in the business landscape.

Daniel Merito

Principal Implementation Consultant

Daniel Merito has over sixteen years of experience in HR, Payroll and Workforce management systems, across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific.

Daniel has built a career on extensive product and industry knowledge coupled with a personable nature and enthusiasm that is appreciated by his clients and colleagues alike.

Over his time, Dan’s primary focus has been working as a Senior Consultant on numerous successful end to end HCM project implementations.

Lorenzo Margraf

Lorenzo has worked as an Account Executive in the software industry for over 15 years.

Throughout his career Lorenzo has worked on large scale software projects with ASX200 companies, as well as smaller scale projects involving valued SME customers.

Lorenzo is passionate about delighting customers with exceptional service, and assisting his clients to get the most out of SaaS based software.

In his spare time Lorenzo enjoys hiking, cycling, swimming at the beach and is an avid science fiction fan.
